North Bay Hills Phase III Water Main Replacement Project
The City of Safety Harbor and St. Augustine Construction have sent out letters to homeowners about a planned Water Main Replacement Project on portions of North Bay Hills Blvd, Mallard Drive, Mandarin Terrace, and Teal Terrace. Work is scheduled to begin in March 2023 and be completed within 390 days.
Work hours are limited to weekdays between 7 AM and 6 PM. N work will occur between the hours of 6 PM and 7 AM on any day, or at any time on Sunday.
Service interruptions will take place during water main installation. Homeowners will be notified in advance of service interruptions. During and after service interruptions, the City of Safety Harbor Public Works Department will issue a precautionary boil water advisory.
