The North Bay Hills HOA resides in the City of Safety Harbor in Pinellas County, Florida. In addition to the deed restrictions for the HOA, residents are also responsible for meeting the required laws, codes, and ordinances for the City of Safety Harbor, Pinellas County, and the State of Florida.
It is the responsibility of each homeowner to familiarize themselves with all applicable laws, codes, and ordinances and to be in compliance. All builders, landscapers, electricians, plumbers, pool technicians, general contractors, etc. doing work in the North Bay Hills HOA must also follow all applicable laws, codes, ordinances.
